IGN\u2019s GOTY Just Got A 77% Discount For Prime Day<\/h2>\n

Metaphor: ReFantazio is down to just $15.96, marking a huge discount on an RPG you could realistically spend dozens of hours playing. It’s also reduced on PlayStation 5<\/a>, dropping down to $40 from its original $69.99 MSRP.<\/p>\n

Metaphor: ReFantazio is, in many ways, a lot like Atlus\u2019 Persona franchise, with dungeons to grind, a calendar to manage, and a party to level up, but it\u2019s all packed into a refreshing fantasy setting that has a lot to say that remains pertinent a year on from release.<\/p>\n

\u201cRefining the Atlus RPG formula of weaving tough turn-based combat into compelling social sim mechanics, Metaphor: ReFantazio doesn\u2019t just send a powerful message across its political drama, it becomes a beautiful expression of the real impact storytelling can have on all of us,\u201d Michael Higham said in his review<\/u><\/a>, awarding the game a 9\/10 score.<\/p>\n

At this price, it\u2019s hard not to argue it\u2019s worth a look for even more casual turn-based RPG fans, but don\u2019t forget there\u2019s a demo on the Xbox Store which will let you carry your save data over to the full game. Just don\u2019t expect to beat this price in the coming days if you let it slip through your fingers.<\/p>\n
